BETRAYAL

The secrets inside my soul

often pop up with a vicious smile

As if they are gonna betray someone.

My heart was shaken by immense grief,

Words wizened of heavy regret,

Peace vanished into oblivion.

I wish the days could reverse

and seal my lips before I divulge

the secrets to a deceiver.
